Yes, once again! I had the pleasure of seeing The Sixers twice last week. Before I went, I e-mailed Stephen a few photos from the last gig in Eagleville. I was honored when he asked for a copy of him. I took him a picture of each member of the band. And of course, I was snapping away at their gigs last week! Here are a few of my favorite shots.

Stephen Kellogg inspired photography

Recently, I got to see my two favorite bands tour together: Hanson and Stephen Kellogg & The Sixers. Along the tour, I picked up one of Stephen's earlier solo albums. On one of which, there is a song called "Dark Side Of The King". Lyrically and musically, it's one of the best songs I've ever heard. Imagery is important in music, and when I listen to this song, I can actually see the song happening in my head.

One line of the song is: "they'll wash their hair in gasoline, and then they'll rinse it in the rain..." I absolutely loved the mental image of this, and so, I decided to bring it to life.
